Block late BLE callbacks before resetting _closing.

On Bleak 1.1.1 BlueZ, disconnect() can time out while its device watcher remains registered. A later signal can invoke the callback from connect(). After _closing resets, that callback re-enters close() on the BLE event-loop thread. BLEClient.disconnect() then waits for work on the same thread, causing a deadlock.

Keep _closing = False for explicit retries, but disable the registered callback after a failed close.

Review comment at @meshtastic/ble_interface.py around lines 277 - 280:
Update the BLE close-failure handling around BLEClient and close() so failed
cleanup disables the registered disconnect callback before resetting _closing,
while preserving explicit close retries. Route the BLEClient callback through a
dedicated _on_disconnected() method that checks the disabled flag before calling
close(), and initialize that flag with the other instance state.

Add the return annotation to fake_disconnect.

Declare the nested callback as def fake_disconnect() -> None:.

As per coding guidelines, Python files must use type hints for all new function parameters and return values.
