Update docs-mslearn/toolkit/roadmap.md from the January-December 2024 snapshot to January-December 2026: - Refresh 2026 key themes for AI-powered FinOps and FinOps for AI (tokenomics), end-to-end FinOps and cloud capacity management, foundation/data quality, and community/ecosystem. - Mark shipped capabilities (v0.5-v14) and v15 deliverables as Completed / Completed (v15). - Add v16 in-development initiatives across General, Learning resources, FinOps hubs, AI agents and plugins, Power BI reports, Cost optimization workbook, Optimization engine, PowerShell, and Open data.
