What changed in this PR

Ports #2672 to release-branch.go1.27, preventing documentation syncs from failing reproducibility tests when documents are maintained by automatic copying.

Changes:

• Adds a shared copy-notice detector that handles LF and CRLF line endings.
• Tests copied documents, ordinary content, and prefix edge cases.
• Skips both crypto documentation reproducibility tests when the copy notice is present.
