feat: claudi — desktop mission control for parallel Claude Code sessions - #1

Patches the claudlet pet into an alert center (decision-needed / failed sessions, important Slack items, click-to-jump), keeps one standalone pet alive via launchd, and adds the session-start reminder. Shared output-language helper t(en, ko). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

install.sh/uninstall.sh with dry-run, backups and --lang en|ko. claudi never changes the user's model settings, and --home always wins over CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR so test installs cannot touch a real config. CI on macOS and Linux. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
