chore(deps): update io.nlopez.compose.rules to 0.6.6 for detekt - #122

The catalog version feeds detekt-compose-rules. Spotless pins the same library separately at 0.4.27 in app/build.gradle.kts and cannot move yet: ktlint 1.7.1 crashes on the 0.6.6 rule set with Rule 'standard:annotation-spacing' throws exception in file 'build.gradle.kts' at position (0:0) so #91 stays open until the ktlint engine is bumped. Supersedes #92.
