Closes #1335
Adds a LICENSE symlink in each crate dir so cargo package includes the root LICENSE again, without bringing back license-file and its Cargo warning.
Test plan:
cargo package --list -p rmcpand-p rmcp-macrosboth list LICENSE; newcargo test -p rmcp --test test_package_licensepasses; fmt and clippy clean.
