Introduce the shared product UI, browser tools, local ONNX detection, routing, theming, and generated brand assets.
Retire the obsolete Vue, Serverless, Husky, and root formatting configuration so each maintained package owns its toolchain.
Serve the API and static app from one Worker with bounded D1 storage, Firebase identity flows, moderation, social features, migrations, and integration tests.
Add the Android application shell, native session, appearance and share bridges, production endpoint validation, and installable debug build.
Add the iOS application shell, native bridges, generated app icon catalog, CocoaPods configuration, and production endpoint validation.
Remove the obsolete Ionic, AWS Lambda, Serverless, Python detector, generated Swagger, and legacy deployment workflows after introducing their Cloudflare and ReactLynx replacements.

BREAKING CHANGE: Development and deployment now use app/ and worker/ exclusively; the Ionic, Lambda, S3, Cognito, and Python entrypoints no longer exist.
Run package checks and the Android debug build on pushes and pull requests with the supported Node and Java versions.
Keep generated models, icons, images, and wrappers out of text diffs and whitespace checks.
Run Gradle and CI on JDK 25 while targeting Java 17 bytecode and Android API 36. Replace the incompatible Sparkling routing package with the small RouteMaker navigation bridge and remove its dead native scaffolding.
