Summary

v0.2.3 is released; `CHANGELOG.md` still said `(unreleased)` on main, which is exactly the stale-heading confusion that had to be fixed by hand for 0.2.2 (Port Pi's fork-from-an-earlier-message flow whole #2). Dating it now avoids the same thing happening for the next release.
