Publishes the JSON schema for netlify.toml at https://open-api.netlify.com/netlify.schema.json, so editors can validate the file and autocomplete its properties. The schema lives in @netlify/config, added in netlify/build#7309.
Note that the diff is misleadingly large due to the format of the lock file moving from v1 to v3, but that shouldn't impact anything.
The build now includes the Netlify configuration schema in its output, making it available to tools and workflows that consume the published build.
Added validation for schema URLs so the build only writes schema files to supported root-level paths.
The build now runs a schema-copy script between convert and bundle. The script reads the schema from @netlify/config, validates its $id origin and path, then writes the schema to the corresponding path in dist. Tests check that the copied file matches the source and that unsupported IDs are rejected.
No concrete merge-blocking risk was found. Pinning the public URL in the test would guard against future mispublication.
