Emit network.peer.address at every record site so Grafana's per-peer filter stops blanking panels. Use an "unknown" sentinel where no peer is in scope (kafka send without subscription info, worker join errors, content-id cache lookups). Make pending_cache_requests a consistent actor-wide gauge (no peer tag) and drop a wrong requests_received increment on channel close.
