Product and crate rename to Oasis (oasis-core, oasis-cli, binary oasis). Niche collision for durable agent runtimes is clear; bare-word Oasis exists in other categories (social sim, protocol) but not this one. GitHub repo rename agentos→oasis must be done in Settings (API 403). Co-authored-by: New World Coder <new-world-coder@users.noreply.github.com>
