Describe the bug

The nf-core-tools link on https://training.nextflow.io/latest/envsetup/02_local/#general-software-requirements seems to be broken. It's the one at the bottom - see screenshot.

Click on the link there, or this link:

and watch it break!

maybe the correct link is: https://nf-co.re/docs/nf-core-tools/cli/installation

since the first page (the one with the broken link) says:

We recommend using the self-install option for Nextflow and the PyPI option for nf-core tools.

and the second page (the correct link?) says:

Conda is the recommended installation method as it handles all dependencies automatically.

maybe update the text on the first page, too ;)

looks like this is the page that needs to be updated,

but I'm not sure if it's autogenerated so I didn't want to update it. Let me know if I should submit a PR.
