The live component demos read as filler next to the case studies. Drops the homepage section, the nav item, the three demo components, and their tests; the arrival e2e now uses the contact heading as its below-fold probe.
Sonari (public repo) and syncward (private, in progress) join as full case studies; Be My Guide leaves and its deployed URL 308s to /work so the indexed link survives. All case-study copy is rewritten in a plainer first-person voice, with the same facts. The about bio and two CV lines lose their template phrasing, and the contact meta drops the reCAPTCHA mention. The accent-contrast e2e now guards the work-row In progress tag, the dark-on-lime surface that outlived the segmented control.

The contact auto-reply was the one Norwegian surface on an English site;
it and the fallback subject are now English. Zod's raw defaults ("Too
small: expected string to have >=1 characters") no longer reach the
form: every rule carries its own message, pinned by tests. Error strings
drop the support-desk register, the error toast is titled by what
happened, and the missing-reCAPTCHA fallback addresses the visitor
instead of naming the integration.
The about CV lines lose their translated-Norwegian phrasing and switch
to first person like the rest of the page; skill pills use canonical
names; Specialisation matches the site's British spelling; the nav CTA
gets the curly apostrophe every other string uses.
The visible copy now matches the positioning the SEO surfaces already carry: Developer & AI Engineer in the hero eyebrow, positioning line, and about heading, with one canonical value phrase (accessible, expressive interfaces for the web) across the site description and metadata. The intro em dashes and the question-then-CTA device are gone everywhere except the contact page, which keeps the one question. The Strengths pills leave the about page, the primary CTA settles on Get in touch (nav keeps Let's talk), mono-labels agree on sentence case, and unknown routes get an on-brand 404 with a real 404 status, asserted end to end.
A personal Claude Code plugin: two advisory quality hooks, tuned against its own telemetry. Slots below syncward; private repo, so no link, with the Result explaining why.
With five cases, listing everything on home made /work redundant. Home is now a curated cut behind the All work link; the work page keeps the full list.
dovetail went public today (MIT, marketplace manifest, PR #4 there); the case study gains the GitHub link and its Result now says the code is public instead of explaining a private repo.
The harness deck loses the n notes panel, the t text-to-speech reader, and the embedded speaker notes; it is navigation-only now. Slide 1 gains a lowkey key hint (arrows, Home/End, F, Esc), and Escape explicitly exits fullscreen. Verified live: arrows and Home/End navigate, n and t are inert, console clean.
