fix(clubs): Reject removed club list endpoints

Description

• clubs.listMembers, listActivities, and listAdmins always reject with a clear error. Strava removed those endpoints on 2026-09-01 (changelog); mocked tests had been hiding it.
• Methods stay on the API surface (marked @deprecated) so existing call sites fail loudly instead of getting opaque HTTP errors. Removal can wait for a major.
• README: document the removals, and add a short changelog-review note under Development.
