I then tested a few other isos, they didn't have this problem. One of them was verified, the other wasn't. I checked the redump website, and the data appeared to be consistent (sadly!).
Then I wondered if it was the space. I tried it again, and the error doesn't occur anymore.

I guess it's a small bug, perhaps related to the update to the database, which didn't happen anymore the other times the script was run.
