fix(ci): repair the nightly drill workflow - #1024

The drill-importers leg failed on importers/postgres with 'failed to bind host port for 127.0.0.1:34234: address already in use'. The e2e import scripts picked fixture ports from 22000-41999, which overlaps the Linux ephemeral range (32768-60999). During the image pulls an outbound connection can take the chosen port between the pick and the docker bind, and nself's port check cannot see it. Pick fixture ports from 20000-29999 so the base port and its +9 offsets never reach the ephemeral range.

Run 40844197527 failed in the
drill-importersjob onimporters/postgres(other 6 importer legs and the other 3 drill jobs passed):failed to bind host port for 127.0.0.1:34234 ... address already in useRoot cause:
scripts/e2e/import-*.shchoose the fixture/target host ports as22000 + RANDOM % 20000(22000-41999). That range overlaps the Linux ephemeral range (32768-60999). Outbound connections made while images are pulled can claim the chosen port afternself startreports 'All ports available' and before docker binds it. 34234 is inside the overlap.Fix: draw the base port from 20000-29999 in all six import scripts (postgres, nhost, hasura-cloud, supabase, firebase, appwrite). The largest offset used is +9, so every port stays below 32768. No step is skipped and nothing is marked continue-on-error.
Verified:
bash -non all scripts. Not reproduced end to end locally (needs the docker fixtures and the CI runner's ephemeral range); the next drill-nightly run is the confirmation.
