• browser(): a new react-dom API that returns a usable which errors during server rendering and resolves in the browser. use(browser()) inside a <Suspense> boundary marks a subtree as browser-only without reporting a recoverable error (@​gnoff: #37143, #37241)

CI failure was at install: pnpm --frozen-lockfile aborted with ERR_PNPM_LOCKFILE_CONFIG_MISMATCH. The lockfile overrides had react-dom 19.3.1 but root package.json still pinned react and react-dom to 19.0.0. Rebased onto origin/main, set both overrides (and the @nself/ui react devDep) to 19.3.1, since react-dom 19.3.1 peers react ^19.3.1, and regenerated the lockfile. Verified locally: frozen install, lint, typecheck, test --filter @nself/*, check:licenses all pass. The repo has no Go ratchets; the failing check was the JS install step.
