Rebased onto origin/main to resolve merge conflicts in cache/specs, policy/write, agent/exec, dispatch/deliver, protocol/messages and run/dispatch_hook (kept both sides: trust/runner facts + network scope). Adapted zip_test.go to the new authz.ScanArchive API introduced by D-1427; specs/authz/policy/dispatch/protocol/agent tests pass. Pre-existing TestInfraPostsError failure in internal/run is unrelated to this debt batch. |
