Adds TestOffloadDirtyTreeToNode and TestOffloadCancelCleansRef, plus a failing-job tail case, over the foreground-remote fixture with a real checkout receiver on the node.

Adds the two simulated-node offload tests named by P7-AUTO-13: TestOffloadDirtyTreeToNode and TestOffloadCancelCleansRef, plus TestOffloadFailingJobReturnsTail.
The node runs the real checkout receiver, so it verifies and unpacks the bundle of the snapshot commit. Asserted: the node sees the modified tracked file and the new untracked file; the ignored .env and the untracked .env.local never arrive (.env.local is named in the exclusion report only, content never in output); the user's status, index, refs and files are byte-identical after success, failure and cancel; refs/nself-ci is empty afterwards; evidence is unbound and the failing job returns its exit code and log tail.
