Networking, reference, machines and images for nspawn 1.4.0: a machine in another machine's network namespace with --network container:NAME (a new section on the networking page, with what is refused there and what ps and inspect show), --user USER:GROUP as docker takes it, and pulls that fetch three blobs at a time with a bar per transfer. The version in hugo.yaml moves to 1.4.0. Examples were checked against a real run of the 1.4.0 packages on the test hosts.
