Documentation for nspawn 1.6.1: apps outside a user namespace keep docker's default capabilities plus SYS_BOOT, with the kexec system calls filtered out (machines and reference pages); exec runs on a terminal only when standard input and output are both one, with the machine's capabilities and resource limits, waits until systemd-nspawn has confined a machine it just started, and takes -u USER[:GROUP] by names; cp leaves the kernel's file systems out; paths inside a machine must be plain; --device takes directories, --add-host HOST=IP, --ulimit unlimited; run --rm keeps a pulled image only under a free name; a registry named without a dot or a port reads back as itself; the documented version set to 1.6.1. Previewed with docker compose; the changed pages render.
