Documentation for nspawn 1.7.0: --memory-swap (memory and swap together, as docker takes it) on the reference, machines and configuration pages; --timezone (systemd-nspawn's Timezone= modes, off keeping a zone set inside a machine) on the same pages; exec without CAP_SYS_BOOT in an app that shares the host's user namespace. 1.7.1 only fixes cp lookups that failed with EAGAIN on a busy host and changes nothing documented here, so the documented version is set to 1.7.1. Previewed with docker compose; the changed pages render.
