The order discovery specification: handler descriptors (
IOrderDescriptor), order modules (IOrderModule, digest-verified, auto-executable by monitoring services under sandbox and budget requirements), and merkle proof payloads as URI mirrors + EIP-4844 blob publication with in-transaction verification.
