The vignette's tables are rebuilt from a fresh run of bench/run-benchmarks.R and bench/crossover.R on the code after the Granger and MI rewrites: gpuGranger at 500 times x 50 series, lag 2, 0.003 s against 0.42 s for the lm.fit loop (was 0.10 s), and from 0.38 s to 0.0036 s at 100 series in the break-even sweep; gpuMi 0.055 s (was 0.060 s). Every other row moves within run-to-run noise. The Granger precision note no longer says its timings are stale. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Fresh run of
bench/run-benchmarks.Randbench/crossover.Ron an A5500 at 2.1.1, replacing the vignette's CSVs.gpuGrangerat 500 times × 50 series, lag 2: 0.003 s against 0.42 s for thelm.fitloop (0.10 s before #52); in the break-even sweep 0.0036 s at 100 series (was 0.38 s), still winning from 5 series.gpuMi0.055 s (was 0.060 s). The other rows move within run-to-run noise. The vignette's Granger precision note no longer calls its timings stale.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
