ci: add first checks and fix the bugs related

CI now builds Docus the way users deploy it and checks the output instead of only linting and typechecking the layer. Every check is blocking.

CI

• Builds docs with the Vercel preset, node-server and nuxt generate, and fails on prerender errors (in CI only).
• Checks the Vercel output: routes, function size and streaming, prerendered agent files, OG images.
• Packs the layer, installs it into fresh default and i18n starters, then builds and typechecks them.
• Runs smoke tests (pages, markdown, sitemap, MCP, OG image, assistant) locally and on every Vercel deployment.
• Adds Vitest unit tests for the layer utils, OG helpers, locale files and the package's files list.

Fixes

• The landing OG image was never generated on sites without i18n, because a description ending with . produced a ..png URL.
• nuxt typecheck failed in apps extending Docus:
  • layer/package.json now has a types field.
  • Types that only exist with i18n are replaced with versions that work either way.
• layer/shared is now published, so the PageMeta types ship.
