Brings main up to v1.4.1: the release bump from #55, the path-only dev-dependency fix from #53, and the ed-claude README and license files from #54.

v1.4.1 is tagged on the #55 merge commit. The crates.io publish and the Swift XCFramework build are running from that tag.

cargo-workspaces strips dev-deps that carry a version, which dropped
ed-acp-testkit from ed-claude's lock entry and made the --locked publish
fail in the v1.4.0 run. A path-only dev-dep is left alone, as in ed-acp
and ed-mcp. The release skill now notes the rule.

crates.io shows no README for ed-claude 1.4.0, and the package carries
no license files, because cargo only packages the ones that sit in the
crate directory. Copy the two license files from the root, as the other
crates do, and add a README in the same style.

The root README's Docs list now links the new file.

Version bump from 1.4.0 to 1.4.1 across the workspace (Cargo.toml workspace package and all internal dependency entries), the ed-claude dev-dependency fix from ed-acp-testkit.workspace = true to a path-only spec, new ed-claude README and dual-license files, a README link fix pointing ed-claude at its README, and a release-skill note documenting the cargo-workspaces dev-dep stripping behavior. The dev-dep fix is the functional change; the rest is metadata and docs. Model names in the new README (claude-sonnet-5-5, claude-opus-5-5, claude-haiku-5-5) match current Anthropic API model IDs.
