Fix the broken logo URL in the READMEs - #3

The logo only exists on main in ondeinference/onde; the development branch URL returns 404. Fixes both the root README and the onde-code-agent README. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Both READMEs now load the logo from refs/heads/main instead of refs/heads/development, fixing the 404 described in the PR. The two files change only that one URL each; nothing else is touched. The stated verification (new URL returns 200, old one 404) matches the diff, and there is nothing further to flag — the only residual risk is that the logo is pinned to a branch rather than a commit SHA, so it would break again if the asset moves off main, but that is pre-existing behavior and not introduced here.
