docs: fix broken star history chart in README - #115

The star history chart in the README is currently broken, so it no longer renders for visitors. Point it at a working mirror of the service so the chart displays again. No other changes.

Thanks for catching this and for the fix - merged. The star history chart had stopped rendering on the README page, so this was a real papercut for anyone landing on the repo. Appreciate you taking the time to open a PR rather than just scrolling past it. Thanks again for contributing to onWatch. |

The star history chart in the README stopped working, so the project's popularity graph no longer renders for visitors. This switches the chart to a working endpoint so it displays correctly again. Please merge this fix.
