### Changed
- **ubnfc is now public** at https://github.com/opaopa6969/ubnfc (history rewritten on 2026-10-23; the
old private repository is kept as `ubnfc-archive`). The ubnfc pin moves from `f54d6b9` to its
rewritten counterpart `eb219625a3034c50dd4c98bc986ff42c13170737` in `UBNFC_PIN`,
`rust/ubnfc-pin.txt` and `api::UBNFC_COMMIT`. The tree is identical, so every grammar, IR and vendored
file hash is unchanged. Because ubnfc is public, the full grammar → IR → Java / Rust regeneration
check can now run anywhere with `UBNFC_DIR` pointing at a checkout.

### Removed
- **`tinyExpression-jdk17` is discontinued** (owner decision); 2.0.1 is its last release. The
`tinyexpression-jdk17/` module, its CI job (JDK 17 full tests, class major 61, no release-21 unlaxer)
