Store jira_email on person, look up assignee emails from fixtures/eet-persons.json, and auto-discover JIRA_API_TOKEN owner from the roster so collect works for teammates without JIRA_EMAIL in .env. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
