Summary

  • Add a community LLM provider tutorial for connecting Open WebUI to DaoXE as an OpenAI-compatible connection.
  • URL: https://daoxe.com/v1 + API key; model IDs are account-scoped via authenticated /models (optional filter allowlist).
  • Covers Admin Connections (primary) and optional Direct Connections.
  • Notes multi-protocol scope (Chat Completions path for Open WebUI) and that DaoXE is not available in mainland China.

This intentionally lives under Tutorials → Integrations → LLM Providers (community contribution banner), not the curated Cloud Providers tabs in the quick-start guide.

Disclosure

I am affiliated with DaoXE.

Test plan

  • Tutorial page builds / links resolve (daoxe.com, DaoXE-AI, internal OpenAI-compatible + Direct Connections links)
  • Integrations index lists the new DaoXE row
  • Steps match Admin Settings → Connections → OpenAI UI

Community tutorial for connecting Open WebUI to DaoXE via Admin
OpenAI connections (https://daoxe.com/v1), with optional Direct
Connections notes and account-scoped model discovery.
