i18n: translate 162 new interface strings in every language - #843

Fill the strings added by the S3 saved keys, zonal statistics, QGIS project and style import, Define Projection, reference scale and line dash features in all 17 catalogs, and drop 6 stale entries whose English wording changed.

Brings every interface catalog back to full coverage after the recent features (S3 saved keys and the system keychain, zonal statistics, QGIS project and style import, Define Projection and Import Shapefile with Projection, reference scale, line dashes, label fonts, Script pane shortcuts).
These translations are machine-authored against the catalogs' existing terminology. Corrections from native speakers are very welcome.
