owlstack.dev now sits behind a Cloudflare Access login, so the plugin's documentation links, Plugin URI, donate link and composer homepage all led users to an authentication wall. Every owlstack.app equivalent, including the eleven platform docs pages and the WordPress installation guide, returns 200.
