scripts/ci/python-runner.sh를 iris-bridge b994317 정본과 byte-identical로 맞춘다. 이전 판은 `--`만 주면 해석기를 인자 없이 exec했고 `--print-interpreter` 뒤 추가 인자와 여러 줄 .python-version을 받았다. 이제 인자를 해석기 탐색 전에 검증해 usage exit 2로 끝내고 .python-version은 symlink가 아닌 정규 파일의 "3.14.7\n" 한 줄만 받는다. 저장소 호출자(python-runtime.sh, python-runtime action, commit-msg hook)는 --print-interpreter와 `-- <args>`만 쓰므로 동작이 같다.
