[Feature] Make it possible to change the language on the PAL version.

[ReweMC]

Before you continue

• I searched the existing issues and nobody has suggested this yet.
• This is about WiiCompiled itself, not WheelWizard or Retro Rewind content.

What would you like to see?

The PAL version of the game supports multiple languages, more specifically french, german, spanish and italian in addition to english. It would be nice to have an option to change the language to any of the available options instead of being locked to english.

Workarounds you've tried

Just play on english.

would it also be possible to use other localized text without having to extract other versions of the game? or at least the USA text for courses and karts?

[Shipodoui]

Seriously this is so important, I'm so sad that we can't have other languages even though it's the PAL version

looks like this is being worked on in #104 now
