`project versions --online` printed `version: null` with no reason for packages OBS does build (e.g. etcd, geos, llvm-21 in ppg:staging:18): - Only the first succeeded repository (in name order) was asked for its binary list; when that one listed no readable package file, the others were never tried. Now every succeeded repository is tried in turn. - An aggregate was looked up only in its source project (e.g. ppg:common:deps). When that yields nothing (no build there, not visible, or an API error), the aggregating project, which holds the copied binaries, is now tried too. - Every OBS error was swallowed. _fetch_build_results and _fetch_pkg_versrel now log a warning with the error (and the URL at debug level, shown by --verbose), and a package still without a version gets a warning naming the projects searched. Output format is unchanged (`version: null` when nothing is found).
