Statement.php uninitialized-property findings need local-variable narrowing rewrite #61

Part of #60.
Data
mago analyze flags uninitialized-property for $mysqli, $driver, and $resource in src/Statement.php. Each is set via a dedicated setter (initialize(), setDriver(), prepare()/setResource()), never in the constructor.
These findings will be captured in a mago baseline rather than fixed or suppressed inline.

Closing as resolved. The uninitialized-property findings on
src/Statement.php(\,\,\) are captured in the committedanalysis-baseline.toml(3 entries), andmago analyzepasses cleanly against it on0.5.x.
