It turns out I also have to handle cases where user deletes already deleted future events, and remove relevant RECURRENCE-IDs... I'll deal with that later, converting to draft for now |

Adds a new "This and future occurrences" choice when removing a recurring event.
I've only added the field to interactive mode (ikhal), not sure if the CLI also needs one.
