SDLC delivery spent too much time preparing metadata and moving work through handoffs. Version 1.0.0 generates task assignments and reports from repository authority and adds an assessed Compact workflow for bounded features, while retaining Full as the default.
Changes
/sdlc --compact <feature>: one canonical BA specification, generated compatibility views, affected implementation roles, and independent integrated QC. Migrations, breaking APIs, authorization changes, sensitive-data exposure, and unresolved cross-system risk require Full.Validation
npm run verify: 182 tests across 20 files, TypeScript checks, and build passed.publicoutput directory. That separate website preview is not a package verification check; no website configuration changes are included.Limits
Automatic handoff validates the caller-declared subset of changed regular files; deletions and already-committed-only changes use existing lower-level workflows. Repaired runs require a 1.0.0-capable reader. Parallel scheduling, evidence reuse, native Linux/Windows qualification, and matched real-agent benchmarking remain deferred.
