Version mismatch for 0.1.4

Version 0.1.4, last release:

Current Behavior:

I download the version 0.1.4 but the binary show that its version is 0.1.3 via the command pdtm -version:

Expected Behavior:

Version 0.1.4 printed by the command pdtm -version.

Steps To Reproduce:
