This new release entry covers the same SafeTensors/FDICT fix that still remains under the [Unreleased] section below. The release-metadata workflow only formats the changelog and does not remove that stale entry, so the shipped fix will continue to be advertised as unreleased and can be duplicated again in a future release; promote/remove the existing Unreleased entry as part of this release.
