This changes only the lockfile, leaving the checked-in dist/index.js bundle on dotenv 18.0.0 even though action.yml executes that bundle. In .github/workflows/check-dist.yml, pull requests run npm ci, rebuild dist/, and exit nonzero whenever the rebuilt directory differs, so this dependency bump will fail the required dist check; if that check is bypassed, published action users still run the old dotenv code. Rebuild and commit dist/ with this lockfile update.
