Finalizes the whitepaper language ahead of the mint. Keeps the whitepaper build tool out of the public repo (prior commit 9eec654). No content or contract change beyond the language pass.

Three insertions, all from approved lines, no new claims:

- Abstract names the product on its sanctioned surface: the technical-role line (whitepaper abstract is that line's owner per PROOFABLE-LANGUAGE).
- Section 6 carries the operator-locked primitive-to-product bridge, so a reader can place Proofable instead of filing the paper as pure standards work.
- Section 7 opens with the outcome and the differentiation (identity, context, limits, proof, and that those controls stay with the agent across models, tools, runtimes, and MCP).

Title, privacy model, standards claims and the CAIP-380 framing are unchanged.
Merged one-line fragments into compact paragraphs. No claim changed: a sentence-level diff against the previous revision shows 166 sentences before and after, with one intentional rewrite ("path from:" joined to its arrows).\n\n- paragraphs 87 -> 56; single-sentence paragraphs 74 -> 29; mean 15.1 -> 24.3 words\n- words 2,467 unchanged; the paper does not get shorter, it stops reading like 4,000\n- built PDF 12 -> 11 pages, 293,547 bytes\n- every list, table, figure caption, Frame/img block, display line and reference block is untouched; section numbering unchanged\n- figure 3: "Explicit denial wins over general allowance." -> "Explicit denial overrides any allowance." (44 -> 40 characters, inside the 350px it has at 14px)\n\nReviewed against proofable-growth's compaction draft (job 6d77dd3e, ALLOW 0x82a08e24) and proofable-creative's figure audit (job 67def2b4, ALLOW 0x6cf21163). Rejected: turning the section 5 threat list and the section 4 delegation boundaries into prose, and splitting figure 1/4/5 lines whose overflow was estimated rather than measured.
