Batch Dependabot PRs #50-#54 into one maintenance change. - Update testify to v1.12.1 in all modules. - Update modernc.org/sqlite to v1.57.0 in primkit. - Refresh primitive-module transitives via make tidy without adding a workspace-local primkit require (Dependabot per-module PRs do that).
