Adds 20_BlobNet.ipynb
Notebook that acquires a HAADF image and runs BlobNet on it to locate atomic columns, saving positions as CSV. Follows the 02_Image_Acquisition pattern for server setup and Tiled access. BlobNet is loaded from a local clone via sys.path; repo path and checkpoint are set at the top of the section.
The four BlobNet helpers are copied from make_manuscript_figures.py so results match the reference implementation. find_atoms is the only new function
Tested against the digital twin (configs/DigitalTwin.yaml).
set_image_shift and set_column_valves aren't implemented on the twin, so those cells need commenting out to run locally
