Update from Copier (2026-10-11T11-26-39Z)

[python-templates-copier-update]

Apply the latest Copier template changes: enable type checking in make checks, lint documentation sources, preserve Markdown frontmatter, correct the integration-test coverage glob, and update workflow concurrency. Remove trailing whitespace from generated Makefile recipes.

Resolve omitted build paths to the working directory, with a regression test. Run python -m ty check and let ty discover the Python environment. Use Hatchling metadata objects in hook tests, correct parameterized argument types, and import built test fixture modules dynamically.

Verified make lint checks coverage on macOS with Python 3.11: 109 tests passed, including native extension builds. The omitted-path regression fails with the original code and passes with this fix.
