Update from Copier (2026-10-11T11-26-44Z)

[python-templates-copier-update]

Apply the latest Copier template changes: enable type checking in make checks, lint documentation sources, preserve Markdown frontmatter, correct the integration-test coverage glob, and update workflow concurrency. Remove trailing whitespace from generated Makefile recipes.

Format documentation sources and correct optional wiki arguments, asset content variables, toctree return types, and the debugger import. Describe the Sphinx renderer adapter and narrow the generated configuration loader in tests.

Verified make lint checks coverage on macOS with Python 3.11: 117 tests passed, including documentation builds and Markdown output. Extend existing tests to cover debugger handling for both documentation CLIs and download copying for both Markdown renderers.
