   • 提交：fa1cc7c fix: move typescript to devDependencies
   • 已推送分支：fennoai/issue-444-1791892407
   • 已创建 PR：fix: move typescript to devDependencies #459

   验证

   • npm run check-type
   • npm pack --dry-run
   • git diff --check

   工作区干净。依赖安装过程中报告了仓库旧依赖已有的 npm audit 警告，本次未涉及处理。
