Summary

• Move Saeloun from members tier to other tier, positioned between thoughtbot and Typesense
• Increase Saeloun logo size (35px → 44px) and thoughtbot logo size (28px → 34px) to better match their tier
• Add Jeremy Daer (Keynote Facilitator, 37signals) as a new speaker with photo and social links

Test plan

• Sponsor grid renders Saeloun in the other section between thoughtbot and Typesense
• Saeloun and thoughtbot logos are proportional to other logos in their tier
• Jeremy Daer appears in the speakers grid at the correct position (order 9)
• Jeremy's speaker page shows photo, tagline, and GitHub / LinkedIn / Twitter links
