Adds regression coverage for FUZZ-171-13 (template overwrite refusal without writes), FUZZ-171-17 (control-character graph IDs rejected before bd), and D-01 (JSON frontmatter variables and loop rendering in default mode). Also includes the separately requested #807 clippy fix in sc-composer, committed first.\n\nValidation: targeted tests for all three regressions pass; cargo clippy -p sc-composer --all-targets -- -D warnings and cargo clippy -p sc-compose --all-targets -- -D warnings pass. FUZZ-171-21 is omitted per team-lead direction; its production gap is being handled on the next layer.
